THE AURELIA RING
Last September, I fell in love with the Aurelia Ring at a photoshoot I had with Kindred Lubeck for her ARTIFEX collection. The ring’s ethereal beauty dazzled me and I started dreaming about it! Kindred Lubeck is the daughter of master goldsmith, Jay Lubeck. Their shop, Jewels by Lubeck is located in the heart of Neptune Beach, Florida and showcases some of North Florida’s finest jewelry. This incredibly talented father/daughter team are movers & shakers of the jewelry industry. If you ever find yourself in Jacksonville, Florida then visiting their shop should be on your list of things to do.
In 2020, I met Kindred when she reached out to me on Instagram to model for a photoshoot she was producing. Shortly after, we started collaborating and working with each other on a regular basis. I’ve been so inspired by Kindred’s vision, execution and craftsmanship. Her ability to design a piece of jewelry and then make it with her own hands absolutely blows my mind. She is insanely talented!
The Aurelia Ring is from her debut collection “ARTIFEX”, which initially launched October 2022. The collection is a tribute to her father, Jay Lubeck and embodies his idea that jewelry should be both beautiful and durable, seamless and surprising.
With the success of her first launch, Kindred’s career has no limits. Working with her has been such a privilege, but I am also blessed to call her my friend. Watching her find her path in this industry has been beautiful and I am so excited to see what her future holds.
The name Aurelia means “Golden One” and wearing this magical ring gives me so much joy. It is a very special ring that means so much to me.
