MAKEUP WITH ECO BY SONYA DRIVER
I am so excited to announce my paid partnership with Eco by Sonya Driver. They recently launched their new makeup line and sent me their amazing products to try and I am absolutely in love!
Here are the products I used for this look:
BRONZER
I’m a huge fan of bronzers and I love that this one is talc free which can be hard to find! I love how natural this bronzer looks, it has a nice matte finish, so a little goes a long way. I love how it compliments my skin tone and looks like I’m naturally sun kissed.
EYESHADOW
Their eyeshadows are gorgeous and also talc free!!! They have two palettes available — their Signature palette (that I used for this look) and their Ruby palette. The Signature palette features a combination of matte and shimmer tones that can be worn alone or together.
EYELINER
I love how silky smooth the formula is for both the Perfect Black and Brown eyeliner and that they don’t irritate my eyes. I have very sensitive eyes, so I know immediately if makeup is not going to work for me. My eyes will water and itch until I remove all traces of that makeup. But Eco’s eyeliners pass the test! My eyes love the formula! I use the Perfect Black to line the top and part of the bottom eyelids and then I go over it with the Perfect Brown to blend it in. I also use the Black to line the inside of my eyes for a more dramatic look.
LIP LINER
So I am totally a lip liner girl!!! I’ve been lining my lips since high school and can’t live without using one. Eco’s lip liner in Perfect Nude is lovely and compliments a perfectly natural pout. I love a little more definition though, so I actually use the Perfect Brown eyeliner with the Perfect Nude to enhance the look. I also, ever so slightly over line my lips so they look even more full. It works amazing!
LIPSTICK
Hands down, their lipsticks are beautiful! Typically, my lips can dry out very quickly with lipstick, so I usually opt in for a lip balm instead. But Eco’s formula is so nourishing I don’t miss my balm at all! So far my absolute go-to lipstick shade is Byron Nude. It literally goes with everything!
CREAM ILLUMINISER
I am going to be honest here, I struggled with this product a bit in the beginning. It’s a very concentrated formula and can look over powering if not applied correctly. But after some trial and error, I finally figured out what works for me. My favorite way to wear it so far is to mix a tiny bit with my Super Fruit Hydrator and give my complexion a beautiful glowy finish. I also do this with my Coconut Body Milk (which I’m obsessed with) and I feel like a goddess. I also love adding just a little bit to the inner corners of my eyes, so it catches the light and makes my eyes sparkle.
CREAM BLUSH
Blush is always my last step because it just completes the look. The pigment in Eco’s cream blush is concentrated, so a little goes a long way. But its gentle formula makes it feel lightweight and never greasy. It also doubles as a lip color. The shade is universally flattering, it’s a dusty neutral pink and looks very pretty.
BRUSH SET
Eco’s brush set is absolutely amazing! I am obsessed with their brushes and the quality! Each brush is incredibly soft and feels luxurious. They are also vegan, so that’s always a huge bonus!!!
